When we're doing our project, we felt so proud and honored to know that we have this wonder nut on our region. It seems like is represents who we are. It represents where we came from. We didn't expect that we are one of the people that made this product known and famous. For us, it's not a project anymore. It some kind of a whole new learning experience. We've gone through different obstacles that almost made us give up in this project. One of these are lack of time and our busy schedules. But we chose to do this because deep within our hearts, we know that it is for our own good. It's a part of our holistic development. During the time we our interviewing Mrs. Maria Lydia Perez Lomibao, the owner of J. Emmanuel Pastries, we noticed that even though she's already a high-profile citizen, she is still simple and a typical housewife. She makes time for her family even though she has a lot of work to do. We admire her so much for that. They are not blinded by the success that they are experiencing right now, they are very kind and very hospitable. Unlike those entrepreneurs that are very boastful and very proud on what they've achieved.

We don't like such people because for us, you don't have to tell other people that you are successful. You just have to keep your feet on the ground. Mrs. Lomibao told us that in business, you just don't think about yourself. you think of all the people around you. In every venture that you'll do, think of what will be the possible effects on the workers and the consumers. It's a piece of advice that we will treasure and we will apply someday when we'll have our own business too.

We were inspired about the success of J. Emmanuel Pastries. They've started as a small enterprise but now, they are considered as one of the most successful business ventures in the entire Bicol region. This may serve as an inspiration to all the aspiring entrepreneurs out there.

 Thank You!
