We know more about J. Emmanuel Pastries by conducting an interview with the owner, Mrs. Lydia Lomibao. We choose this method so that we will have enough information to answer our questions regarding their business.Through this interview, we were able to know how the business started and how it became successful. She said that she just started from a small business but because of the help of his husband, Mr. Joseph Lomibao and their passion and dedication to the business, they reached their dream and made this now-well-known company, J. Emmanuel Pastries. Their business is about Pili pastries which she thought people from other places would want to buy and bring back to their respective home provinces. Pili candies evolved into a more diverse product lines which include Pili tarts, Susperos, Crispy, Roasted and salted Pili, Mazapan de Pili and Pili Cake. One good thing about this business is that, not only the company’s name is being recognized worldwide but also Bicol.
We had a great experience with Mrs. Lomibao and gained learnings that will help us and also the bloggers to be a successful entrepreneur too.
